It contains 11 active ingredients, including four peptide complexes and a series of natural extracts, that work to nourish and protect the hair follicles while enhancing the appearance of density and length. This serum has a low pH of 7.30-7.40 and is vegan, cruelty-free, and free of water, alcohol, oil, silicone, gluten, and nuts. It can be used twice daily, after cleansing and before water-based serums, on both the upper and lower lash line and the brows.
